i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the room was clean. the location allowed easy access to various bars and eateries nearby.
rooms are a bit small. the decor looks slightly tired. i noticed the drinking glasses were kept on a shelf above the toilet in the shower room, which i consider a bit unhygienic.

the breakfast was good with a great selection of food. marta, arc, and another lady from the restaurant staff were awesome. they even put the tennis final on television. it was nice to watch it during breakfast.
beds were rock solid, i had a poor nights sleep. nothing special was in the rooms. i think the hotel is living on the name now. i would stay in a premier inn over the brand now for the price.
